IMC’s personnel interfaces the technical management of the client to ensure a complete service during the accomplishment of the project.
This service includes:

• preliminary analysis (study of the project in case of new constructions or condition survey in case of existing facilities)
• preparation of specifications and technical procedures, material and paint system selection
• budget preparation
• contractors selection
• bid’s evaluation
• paintwork schedule and quality control
• progress evaluation

The service involves the presence of IMC engineers on jobsite to act as client’s representative during the different steps of the project execution. They act as the liaison between the client and the contractor in order to coordinate the painting operations. This allows the client to have a continuous control of his coating project.
